We will contact you when the overage happens. You can purchase extra resources on a temporary basis (eg to get you through the current month) or upgrade your account.
Is it easy to upgrade my account?
Yes it is! Please submit a support ticket with your requirements. The upgrade fee is normally the difference between prices quoted on this web site.
Can I run more than one site/domain on my account?
Only on our Multi-site accounts.
Where are your servers located?
They're at London Docklands/Interhouse Redbus III (Sovereign House). We share the facilities with many leading household names. Please see web hosting pages for detailed information.
What if I need help with my account?
Please open a support ticket with us and we'll investigate the problem. For urgent
issues we aim to respond as soon as possible. Non urgent issues are normally dealt with within
24 hours (Mon-Fri).
